Membership $500/month or $6,000/year ($250/month $3000/year for kids up 19 years) and includes:
Comprehensive annual physical with personalized prevention and early detection recommendations
All office visits, no co-pays
“Tech visits" (via cell, text, email, and video)
Root cause approach with focus on lifestyle, disease prevention, reversal, health optimization and longevity
Minor in office procedures (cryotherapy, mole removal, etc)
In office basic labs and tests (Urinalysis, strep and flu, EKGs, etc)
In office phlebotomy
VIP Concierge Plan
Membership $1000/month or $12,000/year ($500/month $6000/year for kids up 19 years) and includes:
Comprehensive annual physical with personalized prevention and early detection recommendations
All office visits, no co-pays
“Tech visits" (via cell, text, email, and video)
Root cause approach with focus on lifestyle, disease prevention, reversal, health optimization and longevity

House calls* (At Dr Garrett’s discretion and based on availability)
